Raquel López Vázquez has over 20 years of experience in research and consumer insights in the media industry. Raquel currently serves as the Strategy Research & Consumer Insights Lead at AGILE CONTENT, where they focus on implementing data-driven strategies and measuring platform usage. Prior to this role, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at IE University, teaching students about audience and consumer knowledge. Raquel also served as the Strategy Research and Consumer Insights Director at ViacomCBS Networks International, where they managed the research department for Spain and Portugal. Raquel was responsible for consolidating the department and leading the team to improve their performance. Before that, they were the Research Manager at AMC Networks International - Iberia, where they developed the audience area and expanded the measurement and research needs. Raquel began their career as a Radio and Television Analyst at Geca /Grupo Imagina and later worked as a Research and Marketing Technician at QUIERO TELEVISIÓN. Raquel gained their initial experience in the media industry as an Audience Intern at Mediaset España, where they focused on audience analysis and reporting.

Raquel López Vázquez obtained a Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Información with a focus on Comunicación Audiovisual from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in the years 1995 to 2001. In 2022, Raquel pursued several programs and courses, such as the User Experience Design Program at LA NAVE NODRIZA, the Taller de Facilitación de Procesos de Diseño at LA NAVE NODRIZA, and a Curso in Diseño Estratégico at Design Thinking España. Additionally, in 2020 to 2021, Raquel completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in entrepreneurship, lean startup, leadership, strategy, marketing, finance, and accounting from ThePower Business School. Raquel also attended various other courses and programs throughout their education, including Antropología Empresarial at Umanyx, Design Research at UXER SCHOOL, and a Master en Dirección de Marketing y Comercial at EAE Business School. Raquel obtained additional certifications, such as Behavioral Economics and Neuromarketing from Udemy, and participated in several workshops and courses to enhance their skills in fields like facilitation, design thinking, and marketing.
