Ryan Lau

Ryan Lau has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Ryan is currently serving as the Head of Sales, APAC at Agile Content since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at MediaKind, where they held the positions of Sales Director, APAC from February 2020 to March 2022, and Sales Manager at Ericsson Media Solutions, Media APAC from April 2018 to January 2020. Before that, they worked at NAGRA as a Solutions Expert from March 2016 to March 2018 and at PCCW Global as a Solutions Consultant from February 2015 to March 2016. Ryan also gained experience at Cisco Systems as a Consulting Systems Engineer from October 2007 to December 2013, at DMX Technologies as a Solution Architect from June 2004 to October 2007, at Speedcast as a Technical Support Manager from March 2000 to June 2004, and at Astro (Measat Broadcast Network Systems) as a Network Engineer from June 1995 to March 2000, where they were involved in building mission-critical IT backbone infrastructure.

Ryan Lau obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Manchester Metropolitan University between the years 1993 and 1995. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications on subjects such as blockchain, AWS, and sales from various institutions, including LinkedIn, with the most recent certifications obtained in 2021.
