Tesha has extensive experience in business transformation and change management and since the time he joined Agile Dynamics, Tesha has helped clients in designing and implementing large scale change management programs across the Middle East mostly in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, KSA, etc.

He has an extensive experience in successfully managing multiple, complex projects effectively streamlining activities in integrated projects. He has been responsible for the planning, execution and the closing of numerous medium to large size projects to the full satisfaction of clients.

Tesha supported a full life cycle project for Organization Transformation of media sector client. The project included current state understanding of all the major functions, organizational structure design up to third level of detail along with documentation functional roles and responsibilities, developing change management plan and articulation of the implementation roadmap. He has completed a Business Transformation project with a leading Urban Planning and Architectural firm. The scope of work included organization restructuring and developing corresponding processes, polices and procedures.

He has a specialist interest in media advisory and seed level investing due diligence. He also has a deep interest in stewardship, governance, and assessing extra-financial factors in the analysis of companies and markets.
