Ton van Egmond

Ton van Egmond has extensive experience in recruitment and management within various industries. Currently serving as a Recruitment Specialist at Stichting Philadelphia Zorg since February 2024, Ton van Egmond also holds a sabbatical position at T & T since January 2022. As the Director at Agile People since August 2006, Ton van Egmond is involved in recruitment and financial secondment, specializing in areas such as Agile coaching, IT professionals, and insurance specialists. Previous roles include ownership of Network & Search from November 2004 to December 2011, where Ton van Egmond successfully turned around a recruitment agency, and founding Fier Mensenwerk, achieving significant growth within 18 months. Additional experience includes HRM management at Axioma Finance and DNC Finance, alongside managerial positions in finance at Business Lease and account management at DFM. Education includes attendance at Thorbecke Scholengemeenschap from 1974 to 1980.
