Jane Ay

Jane AY is an Agile Coach at Agilemania since October 2023, focusing on building the Agile community and enhancing awareness of work Agility. Previously, Jane served as a Scrum Master at Exact from July 2017 to September 2023, facilitating a team of eight members and collaborating with a product owner from the Netherlands. Prior roles include Software Engineer at Exact, where Jane contributed as a full stack developer for cloud solutions, and at Mexcomm Group of Companies, where Jane designed and managed the development of mobile content systems. Jane's experience also includes working as a Programming Analyst at Theta Service Partner Sdn Bhd, developing loan origination systems for banks. Jane holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College and a Diploma of Education in Fashion/Apparel Design from IFTC International Academy of Fashion and Design.
