Satyajit Gantayat

Satyajit Gantayat is an experienced consultant currently at Agilemania since March 2021, specializing in training, coaching, and mentoring change agents in Agile Software Development. As a co-founder of Urban Harvest India and having held various leadership roles at Ness Digital Engineering from September 2013 to December 2020—including Program Director and Senior Manager—Satyajit has managed delivery and technical aspects across Banking, Financial Services, and Retail domains. Previous positions include Project Manager at Infinite Computer Solutions, where Satyajit led agile implementations, and Project Lead at SunGard Technology Services, where Satyajit handled multiple sprint teams and agile project methodologies. Satyajit's career also includes roles at Autodesk Consulting and Aurovision Pvt. Ltd., with a strong foundation in civil engineering and management education from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
