Shikha Singh

Shikha Singh is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Agilemania since June 2023, Shikha has successfully enhanced employee satisfaction and retention through a comprehensive engagement program and Agile HR practices. Prior to this, Shikha worked at Dynata from 2016 to 2022, where the HR function was transformed into a strategic business partner through the development of a robust HR infrastructure. At Security Escape Infosec LLP in 2016, Shikha led the recruitment efforts for a startup, establishing a fully operational facility with 40 employees. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Assistant at Kofax from 2013 to 2016, where onboarding efficiency was increased significantly. Shikha holds an MBA in HRM from Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development and a Master’s in Labour Laws from Savitribai Phule Pune University, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Lucknow.
