Karen Waddell

Karen Waddell is a seasoned HR executive with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the VP Global Talent Management at Agilent Technologies since August 2022, where Karen leads the Global Talent Management Centre of Excellence and drives talent initiatives for organizational growth. Previous roles at Agilent include VP Global Country HR and VP HR Europe, focusing on international HR strategies and in-country HR support across 15 European nations. Prior to Agilent, Karen practiced as an employment lawyer at Brodies LLP and Gillespie Macandrew LLP, providing legal advice to diverse clients, and developed a background in corporate law as a solicitor at Dickson Minto. Karen holds an LLB in Law from the University of Glasgow and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law.
