Tremayne Bess

Tremayne Bess currently serves as the VP of Global HR and Talent Management at Eventbrite, leading key operations in the U.S. and overseeing Global HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition. Previously, Tremayne held significant roles at Gap as the Global Head of BR Business Partners and Global VP of HR for Digital/Tech and Strategic Growth, and at Splunk as the Global VP of HR. Other notable positions include Global Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at MidPen Housing Corporation, Global Director of HR Engineering at LinkedIn, and various HR leadership roles at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Tremayne’s extensive experience spans talent management, organizational development, and diversity initiatives across diverse industries. Tremayne obtained a Master of Science in Public Administration/Management from Missouri State University and a BA in Political Science from Bethune-Cookman College.
