Kari Fosser

Kari Fosser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, portfolio management, and leadership roles within the technology and chemistry sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management and Chief of Staff to CEO at Agilent Technologies, Kari has been instrumental in shaping enterprise-level project management functions to drive organizational transformation. Previous roles at Agilent include Associate Vice President and Director of Portfolio and Project Management Center of Excellence. Kari's career also includes significant contributions at DuPont Nutrition & Health and DuPont, where expertise spanned from project management in food protection applications to innovative research in biochemical sciences. Kari holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Chemistry from Pacific Lutheran University.
