Leansy Pena is a highly experienced Field Services Engineer with a professional background that spans over 18 years in the field of engineering and medical device maintenance. Presently employed at Agilent Technologies since April 2019, Leansy specializes in the installation, qualification, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various analytical instrumentation from leading manufacturers. Prior experience includes roles at Analytical Maintenance Services Inc. and Laboratorios SRL, where responsibilities encompassed the servicing and calibration of medical devices and equipment, as well as refurbishment of analytical instruments. Leansy began their career in 2005 at Electro-Medical National Company, focusing on ophthalmology and laboratory equipment, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Havana, Cuba.
