Sally Nowak

Sally Nowak, CPC, has extensive experience in change management and leadership development, currently serving as Change Management Leader at Agilent Technologies since August 1999, where responsibilities include engaging employees in large-scale initiatives to achieve significant outcomes. In previous roles at Agilent, Sally was the Global Channel Enablement Program Manager, focusing on enhancing customer service through team collaboration, and the Global Talent Development leader, responsible for designing comprehensive learning and leadership development programs. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Customized Training at North Idaho College, where tailored training programs were developed for various businesses, and as Director of Human Resources at Northwest Kidney Centers, managing HR functions for dialysis centers and organ procurement in the region. Sally holds an MBA in Business Management/Organ Design from Seattle University and a degree in Business, Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Washington State University.
