Ta-Chen Wei

Ta-Chen Wei is a Master Scientist at Agilent Technologies with extensive experience in leading global R&D teams focused on the development of innovative HPLC columns and sample preparation products. Key achievements include the development of the AdvanceBio MS Spent Media/HILIC-Z column and the AdvanceBio Peptide Plus column, both of which set new industry standards in analytical chemistry. Prior to this role, Ta-Chen Wei served as a Senior Research Scientist and contributed to the creation of InfinityLab Poroshell 120 columns. With expertise in sol-gel chemistry and proficiency in project management, Ta-Chen Wei holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University. Previous experience includes working as a Research Assistant at Academia Sinica in Taiwan.
