Vadiraja Bhat

Vadiraja Bhat, PhD, currently serves as Adjunct Faculty at Manipal Academy of Higher Education since March 2023. With an extensive career at Agilent Technologies beginning in September 2005, Vadiraja holds the position of Country Biopharma Business Development Manager for India, along with previous roles as Senior Applications Scientist and Consultant, focusing on advanced protein characterization and proteomics. Vadiraja's prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of the Proteomics Lab at Baylor Scott & White Health, where expertise in establishing high-throughput methods for cancer proteomics was demonstrated. Vadiraja completed postdoctoral studies in LC-MS proteomics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned PhDs in Chemical Toxicology and Chemical Biology from the Indian Institute of Science and JNCASR, respectively, after obtaining an MSc in Clinical Chemistry from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
