Aleksandra Kwiecień started their work experience in 2016 as an intern in the Neurology Department at Szpital Specjalistyczny im. Ludwika Rydygiera w Krakowie. Aleksandra then worked at Accenture as a Recruitment Assistant from January 2018 to May 2018, and later as a Recruitment Junior Specialist from May 2018 to April 2019. From April 2019 to April 2021, they worked at Majorel as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing the full cycle recruiting process and multiple requisitions across different language markets. Aleksandra then worked at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as a Recruitment Specialist (maternity cover) from April 2021 to May 2022. Prior to their current role, Aleksandra worked at Admind Branding & Communications as a Senior Recruiter from May 2022 to September 2022. Currently, they are working at AgileOne as a Talent Acquisition Professional (EMEA), where they are responsible for end-to-end recruitment process delivery, managing job postings, acting as a search expert, managing social networking platforms, and assisting in HR improvement projects. Aleksandra also provides detailed reporting to high-level stakeholders.

Aleksandra Kwiecień attended Jagiellonian University from 2013 to 2019, where they focused on Applied Psychology. Aleksandra did not obtain a specific degree during this time. In addition to their university education, Aleksandra also pursued additional certifications. In January 2022, they obtained certifications in Interviewing Techniques and Learning to Say No with Confidence and Grace, both from LinkedIn.
