Barbara Pannell

Barbara Pannell has a strong work background, starting with their current role as the Director of RTLS Delivery at AgileRank. Prior to this, they worked as a Subcontracts Program Manager at Collins Aerospace. Barbara'slongest tenure was at Peraton, where they held the position of Program Manager Technical Specialist in the Global Health Provider Sector. During their time there, they oversaw various operations, managed a significant number of contracts, and handled subcontracting and supply chain processes. Before Peraton, Barbara worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Technical Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for leading a team in supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Barbara Pannell obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Seton Hall University School of Law, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Computer Science from the College of the Holy Cross, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Additionally, Barbara Pannell holds certifications as a Member of the Bar in the states of Indiana, New York, and New Jersey, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
