Victor Rivera

Victor Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Victor started their career in 1998 as an Oracle E-business Suite Technical Consultant at Dana Heavy Axle Mexico, where they worked until 2009. During their time there, they were involved in the technical implementation and migration of Oracle Applications. In 2004, they briefly worked as an Oracle Technical Implementer for Oracle E-Business suite at Sypris Technologies Mexico.

From 2009 to 2010, Victor worked as an Oracle Business Analyst for Axel X at Prevem Seguros, an insurance company. Victor'sresponsibilities included setting up the accounting module, auditing accounting processes, and leading a team for custom processes related to insurance.

Since 2014, Victor has been working at AgileThought, where they have held multiple roles. As an Oracle Sr. Developer/Tech Lead/Production Release Manager, they have led teams, audited code and logic, and managed the release process for a Specialty Health Care System in the US. Additionally, they have provided consulting services to US customers on Oracle and web technologies, designed and developed Oracle solutions for RxHome, and worked on standard EDI solutions for RxHome at Express Scripts.

Victor Rivera completed their Bachelor's degree in Informatics at Instituto Tecnologico de Puebla from 1992 to 1997. In 2006, they obtained a Diploma in Franchise Analysis from UPAEP in the field of Business.
