Heather Bent

Heather Bent is an experienced professional in fragrance development, currently serving as the Sr. FDM & Informed Creation Lead at Agilex Fragrances since March 2023. Prior to this role, Bent held positions as Director of Fragrance Development at SOZIO and Senior Fragrance Development Manager at Firmenich. Bent founded NoteWorthy Fragrance Consulting, L.L.C., where work involved collaborating with clients on creative and technical fragrance direction. Additional experience includes roles at Agilex Flavors and Fragrances, L'Oreal USA, Revlon, and IFF. Bent holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Rutgers University.
