Lindsy McLaughlin

Lindsy McLaughlin, MBA has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Lindsy currently holds the position of Director of Sales & Digital Business Development at Agilex Fragrances, a role they have held since July 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Internal Sales & Customer Development at the same company.

In addition to their current role, Lindsy is a Board Member on the Customer Advisory Board at Novi Connect since August 2021.

Before joining Agilex Fragrances, Lindsy worked at Takasago as the Manager of Fragrance Project & Sales Coordination from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Ungerer & Company from September 2010 to January 2012.

Lindsy also has experience as an Account Executive at On Assignment Lab Support from April 2010 to August 2010. Lindsy previously worked at James D. Bissell Inc. as a Lease Negotiator / Document Recording Specialist from January 2004 to April 2010, and at Johnson Electric, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant from January 2002 to January 2004.

Lindsy McLaughlin, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Rutgers University - Newark, which they earned between the years 2009 and 2012. Prior to this, between 2005 and 2009, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology at Montclair State University.
