Iain Pattison

Iain Pattison has a robust background in IT and telecommunications management, with significant experience in customer service and delivery roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service and Delivery Manager at Atos since October 2014, Iain also holds the position of Senior Service Delivery Manager at both Cumbria County Council and Agilisys. Prior to these roles, Iain was Head of Operations at Genesis Consultancy, managing operations for major telecom clients. Earlier experience includes positions as UK Support Manager at Tiscali and European Operations Manager at Nortel Networks, alongside a foundational role as Principal Engineer Switching at Cable and Wireless. Iain's educational background includes an HND in Telecommunications from AAC Harrogate.
