Kevin Evans has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries.

Kevin started their career at Barclays in 1996 as a Sales Manager, where they exceeded business targets consistently.

In 2001, they joined GE Commercial Finance as a Master Black Belt, leading sales force effectiveness and developing global best practices. Kevin contributed to a significant growth rate and success in a multi-billion dollar, pan-European business.

In 2007, Kevin joined GE Healthcare as a Director, where they led the development of GE's Performance Transformation practice. Kevin trained and mentored new Black Belts/Lean Leaders and managed customer accounts for larger transformations. Kevin helped UK's largest NHS organizations transform their capabilities, resulting in remarkable successes and national awards for quality. Kevin held this role until 2020.

In 2020, Kevin joined Co-op as the Head of Business Optimization, overseeing business optimization strategies.

Since 2021, they have been working at Agilisys as a Senior Healthcare Sales Lead and recently transitioned into the role of Client Director in 2022.

Kevin Evans completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences from Durham University between 1988 and 1991. Following that, they pursued a Diploma in Enterprise Management from Durham University Business School from 1991 to 1992.
