Simon Hammer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in cloud ERP, customer success, and sales management. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of AGILITA Germany since July 2022, Simon emphasizes agility and innovation in delivering comprehensive solutions for Next-Generation Cloud ERP projects. Previous roles include Head of Customer Success and board member at SAP Pension Fund, as well as various leadership positions at SAP, SuccessFactors, and StepStone Solutions, where Simon contributed to the growth and strategic direction of organizations. Simon holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen and has completed advanced management training at Santa Clara University, focusing on innovation and venture capital.
