Ankit Pathak

Ankit Pathak has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2010, Ankit worked as an AR Associate at R Systems, where they focused on problem-solving and resolving insurance claim denials and rejections. Ankit then advanced to the role of Subject Matter Expert, managing team performance and providing feedback. In 2015, they joined Pacific Global Inc. as a Team Lead, where they managed team performance, provided coaching and training to new employees. Ankit then transitioned to Eye Care Leaders in 2016 as an Assistant Manager, overseeing a team of 60 associates and handling various operational and training responsibilities. In 2019, they joined Entrust Global Group LLC as a Manager. Currently, Ankit is serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Agilité, where they oversee multiple teams, ensures service level agreements are met, and focuses on process development and documentation. Ankit's work experience showcases their expertise in operational management, team leadership, and healthcare revenue cycle management.

Ankit Pathak completed their 10th grade education in Zoology/Animal Biology at Tilak Inter Collage Auraiya from 2001 to 2003. Ankit then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Zoology at Kanpur University, from 2003 to 2006.
