Heidi Drafall has an extensive background in quality management, with experience spanning multiple companies such as Agiliti, Synovis Life Technologies, Inc., Boston Scientific, Accenture, and Hutchinson Technology. With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, a Master's degree in Management from The College of St. Scholastica, and an MBA from The College of St. Scholastica, Heidi has a strong educational foundation to support their roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Quality at Agiliti, Heidi has continuously worked their way up the ladder in the field of quality management.
