Kelly Malone Gargano

Kelly Malone Gargano is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in customer service and business operations. Currently serving as the Imaging Service Operations Manager at Agiliti since July 2019, following the acquisition of Zetta Medical Technologies, Gargano oversees operations management, customer service, and various integrated teams. Prior to this role, Gargano spent 13 years at Zetta Medical Technologies as the Director of Business Operations, where involvement in launching a new service and parts organization was crucial, alongside developing operational infrastructure. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Barrington Medical Technologies and Manager of the Multi-Vendor Site Management Center at Philips, where responsibilities included leading a $28 million customer response organization. Gargano’s career began as Office Manager at Aircraft Sales Corporation. An associate degree in Business Administration and Management was obtained from Harper College.
