Gina M. McNeil is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success, business development, and recreation management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Advisor and Individual Practice Lead at CareerJoy since January 2022, Gina focuses on fostering long-term business relationships and supporting client career transitions with the unique [CQ] Career Intelligence® and [LQ] Leadership Intelligence® Methodologies. Previously, as an Account Relationship Manager at PerfectMind, Gina led regional enterprise strategy and managed a diverse portfolio of municipal clients.
