Gina M. McNeil

Gina M. McNeil is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success, business development, and recreation management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Advisor and Individual Practice Lead at CareerJoy since January 2022, Gina focuses on fostering long-term business relationships and supporting client career transitions with the unique [CQ] Career Intelligence® and [LQ] Leadership Intelligence® Methodologies. Previously, as an Account Relationship Manager at PerfectMind, Gina led regional enterprise strategy and managed a diverse portfolio of municipal clients. Additional roles include Project Lead for business systems at the Town of Halton Hills, Manager of Customer Experience at Harley-Davidson, and various positions in recreation management across multiple municipalities. Gina holds a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of New Brunswick and a Certificate in Leadership Development from Saint Mary's University and is currently pursuing further education at Erickson Coaching International.
