Cory Hayes

Cory Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cory's most recent role is as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Agility Robotics, which began in March 2023. Prior to that, Cory worked as a Traveler from April 2022 to March 2023. Before that, Cory held a position at IDS Electronics / Lippert Technologies as a Manufacturing Engineer / Manager from March 2015 to April 2022. Cory's previous experience includes working at Ford Motor Company as a Process Engineer from November 2011 to March 2015, where they were responsible for driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity. Additionally, Cory worked at GKN Driveline North America as a Project Engineer / Engineering Co-op from October 2007 to November 2011.

Cory Hayes completed their high school education from Macomb Academy of Arts & Sciences (MA2S) between 2003 and 2007, earning a High School Diploma. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Cory obtained a certification in CSMTPE from SMTA CSMTPE in July 2018.
