Jack Walter

Jack Walter has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 1997, they served as a Propulsion Plant Supervisor, Project Management (Ship Superintendent), and Propulsion Plant Operator; Mechanical in the US Navy. In 2010, they worked as an Organic Farm Worker, Owner, Operator, and Manager for Milsap Farms, Yarrow Hill Farms, and Big East Fork Farm. Jack then worked as a Maintenance Person for Willson Management Inc. in the same year. In 2011, they were a Facilities Coordinator for Scotland County Hospital, and in 2016 they were a Project Estimator for Irex Corporation. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Operations Manager, Engineering and Facilities for Target, and as a Project Manager - Government Facilities Services for Urban Services Group, Inc. Currently, they are a Facility Manager for Agility Robotics.

Jack Walter has a diverse educational background. Jack obtained an Associate of Arts degree from Coastline Community College in Nuclear Power Technology and Marine Engineering between 2002 and 2004. Jack then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from Thomas Edison State University in Applied Science and Technology and Nuclear Engineering Technology between 2003 and 2006. Jack is currently enrolled at Oregon State University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations, which they are expected to complete in 2024. In addition to their degrees, Jack has obtained several certifications, including Certified Home Inspector from Inspection Certification Associates (ICA) in December 2022, Introduction to Commercial Real Estate Analysis from LinkedIn in October 2020, Learning Asana from LinkedIn in October 2020, Real Estate Deal Structuring: Introduction to the Waterfall Framework from LinkedIn in October 2020, Building Customer Loyalty from LinkedIn in November 2017, Managing Diversity from LinkedIn in November 2017, Purpose-Driven Sales from LinkedIn in November 2017, Sales Foundations from LinkedIn in November 2017, Sales Negotiation from LinkedIn in November 2017, Procore Certified: Associate from Procore Technologies in May 2017, and Oregon Certified Home Inspector from Oregon Construction Contractors Board in May 2021.
