Matt Nixt has had a successful career in recruiting and sales. Starting in 1998, they were a Manufacturers' Sales Representative for Benz-Air & Engineering Specialties, where they increased new sales of Commercial Building Products by aggressive selling throughout the Western Region. In 2005, they became a Field Sales Consultant for Sullivan-Schein Dental, a Henry Schein Company, where they achieved 1877% growth in just one year and was a Zone Sales Contest Winner/ Colgate Pharmaceutical. In 2007, Matt became a Lead Engineering/Manufacturing Recruiter for The Stoller Group - Specialized Recruiting Group - SRG. In 2010, they became a Senior Corporate Recruiter for A-dec. In 2012, they became a Sr. Technical Recruiter for Xtreme Consulting Group, Inc. In 2017, they became a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for Xtreme Consulting Group, Inc. In 2021, they became a Principal Recruiter and Lead Technical Recruiter in Hardware, Systems and Testing for Agility Robotics and a Lead Recruiter and Senior Recruiter for Google Strategic Business Unit for Akorbi. In addition, Matt is the Founder/Equity Partner for Enviro-Master Services.

Matt Nixt obtained a Bachelor's degree from Marylhurst University between 1998 and 2000. In October 2012, they received two certifications from the American Staffing Association; a Certified Staffing Professional - C.S.P. and a Technical Services Certified - T.S.C.
