Renuka Ayer

Renuka Ayer is the current Chief Financial Officer at Agility Robotics. Renuka has over 25 years of experience in finance, strategic planning, and operations.

Ayer started their career in finance at CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense. Renuka was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2013 and was responsible for the division enterprise-wide oversight for controls and compliance, financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, operations planning, pricing and proposals, general accounting and financial reporting. While at CIRCOR, Ayer led the restructuring efforts in California which consolidated two facilities into a new plant. Renuka also enhanced financial tools for New Program Introduction and refined and streamlined the monthly financial and operational reporting package across all aerospace and defense sites.

In 2016, Ayer left CIRCOR to join Pulse Electronics Corporation as their Chief Financial Officer. During their time at Pulse Electronics, Ayer oversaw the company's finances and played an integral role in the acquisition of Egston Holdings and the sale of Pulse Electronics to Yageo Corp.

Ayer has a proven track record in finance and has demonstrated their ability to lead and oversee complex financial operations. Renuka is currently using their skills and experience to lead Agility Robotics as they continue to grow and expand their business.

Renuka Ayer has an MBA in Corporate Finance from UMass Boston and a BBA in Finance from the National University of Singapore. Renuka has also completed the GE Experienced Finance Leadership Program and the Ford Finance Leadership program. Renuka is currently a practitioner-led sessions on Board of Director readiness at OnBoarding Women.

Their manager is Damion Shelton, CEO. They are on a team with Mike Norrell - VP, Operations, Mike Venneri - VP, People, and Jonathan Hurst - CTO.
