Gaurav Mishra

Gaurav Mishra is a Senior Legal Officer with experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiating cross border contracts with international clients and suppliers. Prior to their current role, Gaurav served as a Company Secretary and Legal Officer at Sushee Infra & Mining Ltd., where Gaurav was involved in legal document review and drafting contracts. In their earlier role as a Senior Manager at Vishvas Associates-Law Firm, Gaurav drafted various commercial agreements and assisted in documentation for legal proceedings. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and is also a qualified Company Secretary.
