Glenn Peterson began their work experience in 1997 as a Corporate Record Manager at TD Ameritrade. In 2007, they joined ConAgra Foods where they worked as a Senior Systems Analyst, Agile Coach, and Project Manager. During this time, they implemented IT projects in the Manufacturing environment and conducted various project management tasks. In 2015, Glenn joined Bank of the West as a Project Manager and Scrum Master for a short period. Later that year, they joined Agile Transformation Inc. as an Enterprise Agile Coach and Trainer. With over 25 years of experience, Glenn Peterson has worked with Fortune 100 companies and start-ups, focusing on Business Agility and Continuous Improvement Strategies.

Glenn Peterson obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Wheeling University, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, they have earned several certifications throughout their career. In 2005, they became a Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+) from Comptia. In 2012, they obtained the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In the same year, they also became an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-AC) from ICAgile. In 2013, they achieved the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) certification, also from ICAgile. Moreover, in 2017, Glenn obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Business Agility Foundations (ICP-BAF) - Instructor Certified certification from ICAgile, as well as the SAFe 4 Program Consultant (SPC4) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Most recently, in 2020, they achieved the Certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
