Alberto Belloni

Alberto started his career in 1995 as a Consultant in the Human Resources area. He then had significant experiences in Human Resources roles, specifically as HR Development Manager and as Labor Relations Manager in international companies in the pharmaceutical industry till 2003. Then he has been a Partner of MEGA HR Consulting Group, with a focus on Executive & Professional Search, Managerial Appraisal, Development Center and Management Consulting on national and multinational Clients. Alberto has a Degree in Business Economics and a Master in Cognitive Behavioral Psychology and he is fluent in English. Alberto has about 20 years on experience in complex project of Executive Search, at national and international level, Executive Appraisal and Leadership Services. He has been Managing Partner of AGILIUM WORLDWIDE ITALY since its foundation in 2011.
