Debbie Long

Debbie Long has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. Currently, they work as a Business Solutions Advisor for ADT, providing customized security solutions for businesses and homes in the Delmarva region. Prior to this, Debbie served as the President/Owner of Digital Delmarva in 2020 and as the Director of Business Development for Social Sussex in 2019. Debbie also held roles as the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Agilla Pro from 2014 to the present.

Before joining Agilla Pro, Debbie worked as the Vice President of Operations at Blooms Today from 2007 to 2014 and as the Vice President of Training & Professional Development from 2006 to 2007. Debbie also had experience in Admissions/Recruiting at ECPI College of Technology from 2002 to 2006.

Debbie began their career at SourceAmerica, where they held roles as an E-Business Manager from 2000 to 2002 and as a Corporate Communications, Training & Regulatory Specialist from 1993 to 2000.

Debbie Long holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Psychology from Radford University.
