Alp Öztekin has an extensive work experience in marketing, customer engagement, and digital transformation. Alp began their career in 2004 as a Junior Creative in Advertising at Leo Burnett. In 2005, they joined Unilever as a Marketing Trainee for Axe and Rexona. Alp then moved to Pfizer in 2006 as a Product Manager. In 2008, they joined Procter & Gamble as a Brand Manager for the Health and Beauty Care and Oral Care Category. In 2010, they began working at RB as Head of Marketing for the Nordics, Media, Communications, and Digital Marketing. Alp was also a Nordic Board Member and a Global Digital Steering Committee Member. In 2019, they joined Novozymes as Global Head of Customer Engagement, Global Head of Digital Marketing & Communications, and Global Head of Digital Marketing & Communications/Consumer Biosolutions. Alp was responsible for the promotion and launch toolkits of over 50 products across 10 industries, driving digital commercial foundation and marketing operations excellence. Alp also became a Mentor for the Global Start up Program at Singularity University in 2019. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Agillic as Global Marketing Director.
Alp Öztekin obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University between 2002 and 2006. In 2004 and 2005, they participated in a joint programme in Communications and Advertising at the same university. Alp has also obtained a number of certifications, including Lead the Way from Novozymes in 2020, Advanced Presentation Skills from Dale Carnegie Training in 2010, Brand Building from Procter & Gamble in 2008, 6 Thinking Hats from Pfizer in 2007, Train the Trainer from Pfizer in 2007, and Interpersonal Skills and Social Styles from MCE - Management Centre Europe in 2006.
