Natalia Reszka

Natalia Reszka has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and data science. Natalia started their career as a Trainee at Limito CA in 2010. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Trainee at the Statistical Office in Gdansk, where they gained experience in public statistics. Natalia then joined PBS Sp. z o.o. as a Junior Data Analyst and later advanced to the role of Data Analyst. At PBS, they applied statistical procedures on market and social research data, played a major analytical role in various projects, and processed raw data from client databases. In 2015, they joined BEST Grupa Kapitałowa as a Data Analyst and later became a Machine Learning Analyst. In these roles, they built and monitored data mining and machine learning models to optimize debt collection strategies and deployed statistical models in automated CRM systems. Natalia evaluated the effectiveness of strategic actions and provided recommendations for further steps. Since 2020, they have been working at Agiloft, initially as a Senior Data Scientist and currently as the Data Science Engineering Team Lead.

Natalia Reszka has a Master's degree in Computer Science and Econometry from the University of Gdansk, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Natalia also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Econometry from the same university, earned from 2008 to 2011. In addition, they pursued another Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Gdansk, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. Natalia Reszka has also obtained various certifications, including "Python for Data Science and AI" from Coursera in 2020, "Virtual Summer School on Deep Learning" from Gdańsk University of Technology in 2020, and "Mathematical Biostatistics Boot Camp 1" from Coursera in 2013.
