Aseem Dogra

Aseem Dogra has a substantial work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2003, they worked at iHealthcare Solutions as a Business Requirements Analyst until 2005. Aseem then moved to Hewitt Associates LLC, where they served as the Lead Requirement Analyst/Systems Project Lead from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, they joined Aon Hewitt as a Sr. Delivery Manager and worked there until 2016. Following this, they worked at Conduent as a Director-Program Management from 2016 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Aseem held the position of Head-Programs & Account Management at mphrX, after which they became the Vice President Program Management until 2023. Currently, they are the Senior Director-Programs & Account Management at agilon health.

Aseem Dogra holds an MBA in Finance from the S.P. Jain Center of Management and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
