Lauren Tiberio Puglisi

Lauren Tiberio Puglisi, MPH has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in healthcare organizations. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Operations Manager and Administrative Fellow at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. During their time there, they served as a liaison among various departments and effectively managed quality improvement and performance improvement projects. Lauren then moved on to become a Quality Consultant, Manager of Quality and Performance Improvement, and Director of Performance Improvement at the same organization. In these roles, they oversaw enterprise-wide performance improvement initiatives and managed a team of facilitators. In 2009, Lauren became the Director of the Heart Failure Program, where they provided operational and strategic leadership for the program and managed a team of colleagues. Lauren also worked as the Executive Director of the Cardiovascular Service Line, where they were responsible for operational and strategic management for the Hoffman Heart and Vascular Institute of Connecticut. Lauren designed and implemented programs such as the Pre Surgical Optimization program and the CardioMEMS program. In 2019, they joined SoNE HEALTH as the Executive Director of Population Health and Care Coordination, and in 2020, they joined agilon health as the Market President for the Maine and Hartford markets.

Lauren Tiberio Puglisi holds a Master of Public Health degree in Health Services, Management, and Policy from Tufts University in 2007. Lauren also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Colby College in 2003. Additionally, Lauren has obtained certifications as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality from NAHQ in June 2012, and as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from an unspecified institution in February 2014.
