Valerie Croft

Valerie Croft has a significant amount of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Valerie began their career at Kindred Healthcare in 2009 as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President. Valerie then transitioned into a Talent Acquisition Consultant role, where they were responsible for recruiting clinical and non-clinical professionals for hospitals in the Southern California area. Valerie joined UC Irvine Health in 2014 as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, focusing on assisting hiring managers with the selection process and conducting applicant screenings. In 2017, they joined agilon health as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant and later progressed to the role of Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition. In these roles, Valerie was responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, onboarding new hires, and collaborating with business leaders to meet workforce needs.

From 2007 to 2009, Valerie Croft attended the University of Phoenix where they completed their Bachelor of Art degree in Healthcare Administration.
