Ornella Bove has a strong background in the staffing industry, with over 30 years of experience. Ornella started their career in 1990 as an Operations Manager at Action Force Staffing, where they worked for over a decade. In 2002, they joined Talentcor as a Branch Manager, overseeing the recruitment and placement of candidates for various procurement roles. Ornella continued in this role when Talentcor merged with The People Bank and The Placement Group, rebranding as Talentcor. In 2019, they joined the ISP Division of Talentcor as a Client Delivery Manager, and later that year, they transitioned to the same role at Agilus Work Solutions. Ornella has a proven track record of providing exceptional quality and superior service in their roles, and they have built an extensive network of active candidates.
