Gracia Joseph

Gracia Joseph has a diverse work experience in the field of technical writing. Gracia started their career as a Technical Writer at Wipro in 2008, where they worked until 2010. Gracia then joined ansrsource as an Academic Author from August 2014 to June 2015. In 2015, they joined CSS Corp as a Senior Technical Writer and worked there until May 2018. During their time at CSS Corp, they collaborated closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create and edit various technical documents. Since 2018, Gracia has been associated with Agilysys, initially as a Technical Writer and later as a Senior Technical Writer. Their responsibilities at Agilysys have progressively advanced, and they currently hold the position of Senior Lead Technical Writer.

Gracia Joseph completed their education in a sequential manner. From 1991 to 2003, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya where they completed their High School education. Gracia then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism from Mount Carmel College, Palace Rd, Bengaluru, from 2003 to 2006. Following that, they furthered their studies by obtaining a Master's degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from Loyola College, which they completed between 2006 and 2008.
