Maximilian Tay

Maximilian Tay has a diverse work experience in various industries.

Maximilian started their career in 2012 as a Clerk cum Catering Assistant at Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd, where they provided catering and facility management services for institutions. Maximilian worked specifically at the INSEAD and Lycee Francais De Singapour facilities.

In 2014, Maximilian worked as a Musician at Ivan & Levine Entertainment, where they performed regularly at various corporate and wedding events. Maximilian also assisted the director in closing deals for future gigs, managing sub-teams, and developing new business concepts.

In 2016, Maximilian joined Rainbow Hues Pte Ltd as an Assistant Marketing Executive. This company assisted companies in the food and beverage industry to promote wellness and quality of life through healthier food and beverages. Maximilian's responsibilities included developing marketing materials such as posters, menu designs, brochures, and webpage content.

Also in 2016, Maximilian joined Agilysys as a System Specialist. Maximilian was responsible for implementing and supporting Agilysys' core hospitality solutions such as InfoGenesis Point of Sales and Eatec Material Management Controls. Maximilian'srole involved product implementation, project management, discovery, installation, configuration, training, system live coverage, project documentation, and providing technical support to users.

Maximilian progressed within Agilysys and became a System Specialist II in 2019. In this role, they continued to implement, project manage, and support Agilysys' hospitality solutions. Maximilian worked closely with project management to manage timelines, operational needs, and system configurations to meet customer requirements.

Maximilian'smost recent role at Agilysys is as a Team Lead, which they started in 2022. In this position, they lead a team in the implementation, project management, and support of Agilysys' core hospitality solutions. Maximilian works on both on-premise server environments and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Maximilian Tay started their education at Serangoon Junior College from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued their GCE 'A' Levels. Later, they enrolled at the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in International Business.
