Senior Manager, Client Services at Agilysys

Sarah Kelly has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and technology industry. Sarah started their career as a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Express in 2009, where they ensured smooth guest check-ins and resolved guest issues. In 2012, they joined Holiday Inn Express & Suites as a Front Desk Agent before transitioning to Oracle in 2013.

At Oracle, Sarah worked as an Implementation Specialist, installing the property management system Opera at various hotel properties. Sarah also trained hotel staff and configured the system to meet brand-specific requirements. From 2014 to 2016, they held the role of Senior Project Manager at Oracle, where they consulted with management, reviewed project proposals, and developed project plans. Sarah effectively coordinated project personnel and ensured the successful completion of projects.

In 2016, Sarah joined Agilysys as an Onboarding Project Manager. In this role, they led customer-facing projects, maintained high customer satisfaction, and drove revenue. Sarah developed and managed project plans according to company standards. Later, they were promoted to Senior Onboarding Project Manager before taking on the role of Manager, Technical Services. Currently, they serve as the Senior Manager, Client Services at Agilysys.

Sarah has demonstrated their expertise in project management, client services, technical services, and onboarding throughout their career. Sarah'sstrong leadership and communication skills have contributed to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Sarah Kelly completed their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at the University of South Florida College of Education from 2010 to 2012. Sarah also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same institution from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, in 2016 and 2017, they acquired certifications in various management skills such as Managing Project Quality, Managing Project Communication, Having Difficult Conversations, and Managing Project Risk from Lynda.com.
