Aroha Kareroa

Aroha Kareroa has a diverse work experience that spans across different roles and industries. They began their career as a Personal Banker at Westpac Group, where they achieved top sales performance and provided personalized financial advice to customers. They then worked as a Course Advisor at Evocca College and as a Project Manager at Dynamic Learning Services Pty Ltd. They also served as a Marketing Coordinator at CountryNet Software and Nolan Group Australia. Aroha then joined Servcorp as a Global Community Product Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for managing customer relationships and supporting product development. They continued their marketing career at AC3 as a Product Marketing Specialist, developing go-to-market strategies and analyzing key product success metrics. Aroha's most recent role is Head of Global Marketing at Agilyx Group, where they oversee global marketing initiatives.

Aroha Kareroa completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication/International Business from Massey University between 2013 and 2016. In addition, Aroha obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2019. Aroha also earned a Certificate III in Financial Services and a Certificate IV in Banking Services from Kaplan Professional.
