Matthew Wilmott

Matthew Wilmott is currently the Head of Operations at Agincare. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Quality Improvement Manager at Cera and held various positions at Achieve together, including Regional Operations Manager and Registered Manager. Before that, Matthew worked at The National Autistic Society as a Service Manager. Matthew holds a QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management within Health and Social Care from Bridgwater & Taunton College, as well as a QCF Health and Social Care Level 3. Currently, Matthew is pursuing a Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership degree from the Chartered Management Institute.
