Marianne Aal

Marianne Aal serves as the Ambassadeur voor Proudies since June 2021, representing the Babyboomer generation and sharing experiences through podcasts and feedback sessions. As the Founder of Happy Ageing, Marianne advocates for meaningful aging and challenges the binary categorization of youth and age. Additionally, Marianne holds the position of Ambassador for the Aging2.0 Chapter in Amsterdam, promoting innovation in aging. Experience includes roles in contact tracing for Covid-19 at GGD Amsterdam, Founding Partner roles at Blueprint of we Europe and Contorno Consulting, and senior consultancy at Alleato focused on diversity and healthcare. Previous leadership includes a directorial role at Utrechts Monumenten Fonds and chairmanship at NVLF. Marianne's education comprises an MBA in Organisational Development and a BSc in Speech Therapy from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
