Shubhada Saxena is the CEO of Aspire to Age, PBC since June 2018, leading initiatives to ensure cultural competency in aging services, including caregiving and transport coordination. As Deputy Ambassador for Aging2.0 since August 2017, Shubhada promotes innovation in the Longevity Economy. In January 2019, Shubhada founded the Asian Impact Fund and serves as Community Steward, focusing on measuring and enhancing the impact of Asian Americans. Previously, as President and Founder of SAIVA from 2008 to 2019, Shubhada facilitated the integration of immigrant seniors into new societies through volunteering. Shubhada’s earlier career includes leadership roles in business process management and IT at firms such as Webify Global, IBM, and UnitedHealthcare. Shubhada holds a Master's degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Additionally, Shubhada completed the Essential Class of 2015 in Community Leadership through Leadership Austin.
