Abdulafeez Oluyadi (Deji)

Abdulafeez (Deji) Oluyadi is an accomplished clinical scientist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and academia. Currently serving as Director of Clinical Science at Agios Pharmaceuticals since April 2019, Abdulafeez has held multiple advanced roles in clinical science, including Associate Director and Senior Clinical Scientist. Previous positions include Clinical Research Scientist at Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. Additionally, Abdulafeez worked as a Clinical Scientist (Post-doctoral Fellow) at MedImmune and contributed to a global biotech competition as the Competition Liaison for Global Biotech Revolution. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Maryland, a post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical and Industrial Drug Development, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Bioinformatics from Towson University.
