Dan Griffiths is currently the Senior Manager of Business Process Optimization at Agital, having joined the company when it was rebranded from Exclusive Concepts. Prior to their current position, Dan held roles including BPO Solutions Manager and Web Developer at Exclusive Concepts, Inc., Software Engineer at Zhura.com, and PC Technician at WNEC. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western New England University.
