Dwayne McAlpine

Dwayne McAlpine is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Manager of Civil, Development & Rehabilitation at AGL since March 2020, where responsibilities include the strategic asset management of civil assets at the Loy Yang Mine and Power Station, as well as the development and execution of rehabilitation plans and long-term strategic mine plans. Previously, Dwayne held positions as the Loy Yang Site Civil Engineer and Mine Civil Engineer, contributing technical expertise in dam and water pipeline management, mine rehabilitation strategies, and hydrology. Dwayne's academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering from Federation University Australia, a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Monash University, and a Diploma of Project Management from The Moreland Group.
